  • (2024-) Founding ZebraMed, a company provinding the first in-vivo fully automated platform to accelerate drug discovery and testing.
  • (2017-2020) Fundraised 10k€ and lead the development of a crowdsourced non-profit carpooling for Florence university campus (reached 100 daily active users). Teaser GitHub
  • (2012-2013) Contributed to the creation of one of the first proximity-based social network (Kiwi Local, School of Advanced Studies Sant'Anna's spin-off)

  • (2024) Awarded PhD in Physical Chemistry
  • (2020-2024) Conceived and developed a novel approach for immune cell phenotyping (publication in progress).
  • (2023) Published a pipeline for AI-assisted droplet-base microfluidics image classification. Paper
  • (2023) Selected for talk at EMBO Antibodies & Complement Conference on single cell immunology.
  • (2022) Research results presented during a talk and EMBL Microfluidics Conference.
  • (2021-2024) Improved and maintained open source imaging and microscopy libraries. GitLab
  • (2019-2020) Designed and implemented a complex multi-modal opto-electornical setup for imaging and single molecule manipulation

Software Developer

  • (2024) Developed a real-time comprehensive platform for digital scoring and refereeing of Pencak-Silat competitions, succesfully used in production during the Mandiri Bank Europan Open Championship Video
  • (2023) Developed a multi-platform mobile app to help small business, clubs and non-profits accept credit card payments with nothing but their phone. (First available implementation in France of the Tap-to-Pay-on-Android technology).
  • Several contributions to Free and Open Source projects (Linux Kernel, Arch Linux, FreeBSD, Angular)
